TINABOB

The Tinabob features twin direct drive GWS EDP motors. It's one of the smallest twin parkflyers in existence. This fully aerobatic sport-type plane slows down well for gently park flying. It operates on one electronic speed control and small lithium or nimh battery.

It all started in 2001 as a styro/foamcore foamy. With a fuse made of carved white stryfoam and a wing that is constructed of folded-over foamcore presentation board with the paper stripped off, it served as a general sport flyer for a year until I got the itch to make a nicer, balsa version. From there it went thru three revisions untill I released a short run of ktis to parkflyerworld in the fall of 2004. NOw it flies much faster and smoother, with more precision than the foamy version. This plane has been in my regular flying schedule for three full years now.
